Head of State presents five vertices of the Great Mission Science, Innovation and Technology

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported that the Great Mission of Science, Innovation and Technology “Humberto Fernández Morán” has five vertices.

The first of these is dedicated to the planting and preservation of national scientific talent and aims to train children, young people and adults in training and scientific ethics. Vertex two will strengthen spaces for research, development and scientific research: it will address productive spaces, research centers, industries, workshops and academic laboratories.

The third vertex is science, technology and innovation for production and the economy that seeks to strengthen the development of the country's productive chains; The fourth vertex deals with Venezuela towards digital transformation and deals with taking the lead in the development of free software and hardware, and the responsibility for the digital rights of citizens. The fifth is aimed at international cooperation and alliances and seeks to advance and consolidate technological exchange and transfer, as well as social appropriation.
