Head of State: Project applications must be submitted freely in the country's communes

On the afternoon of this Wednesday, October 29, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported that the methodology to be applied for the application of projects will be based on need and with “total freedom”.

“The People must have total freedom in the assemblies to propose projects that are their need and that come from their heart, that they do not put a straitjacket on them either with the methodology of the 7T or they don't. No, no. Freedom, Freedom, Freedom, Freedom, Equality and Fraternity,” he emphasized during an Obratón conference held from Petare in the state of Miranda.

He called for “strengthening the concrete agenda of community action (...) There are 5,336 large communities, one more than the other and they must find their own methodology”; since in his opinion each community has its own reality”.
