Head of State: Russia-Venezuela High-Level Commission to Strengthen Strategic Relations

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, specified that, with the objective of continuing to consolidate comprehensive cooperation ties between the Russian Federation and Venezuela, in the year 2026 the Russia-Venezuela High-Level Intergovernmental Commission will be held in the city of Caracas.

In addition, he added that this important meeting for sister nations will be attended by the vice-president of the Russian Government, Dmitry Chernyshenko, and ministerial representatives of the Russian leader, Vladimir Putin.

“We set ourselves very high work goals for 2026, so that it will continue to be a year of growth and development in strategic relations between the two nations,” he said.
