Head of State: The baton of command will never fall into the hands of traitors, oligarchs and fascists

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated this Sunday that the baton of command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), currently serving as Commander in Chief, will never be raised by traitors.

During the commemorative ceremony for the 87th anniversary of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), the Head of State indicated that the baton of command will remain in the hands of patriots. “Never will this baton of command fall into the hands of traitors, oligarchs, fascists, never, I swear to you for life, for the Fatherland,” he emphasized.

He highlighted his pride in the Bolivarian National Guard, “which is deployed throughout the country and which will continue to grow and consolidate in professionalism, quality and capacity for action.”
