The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced that the People are calling for the Fourth National Popular Consultation to be held next Sunday, November 23 to consolidate direct democracy and the communal State in the country.

“On Sunday, November 23, we are going to the general elections in Venezuela, the people are called to the fourth Popular Neighborhood and Community Consultation of this 2025. This day should be an in-depth debate with the community. Get ready!” , highlighted the president calling for mass participation in the application and election of grass-roots community projects.
