Head of State: The power of the nation is activated in the face of illegal and criminal threats from the United States

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted this Monday the activation of the force of national power in defense of the Homeland against threats from the United States (USA).

During the 89th program of Con Maduro+, the Head of State emphasized that “the power of the nation is activated to defend against the illegal and criminal threats of the empire of the United States North America against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, against South America and against Latin America and the Caribbean in general.”

“Some will believe that the threat is against Venezuela, the threat against everyone, if they threaten one they threaten all, if they touch one they touch all. That is the truth. And Venezuela has been building its power for freedom, democracy, peace,” he emphasized.

In this regard, he emphasized that the first of all powers is moral power. “We are right, we are good people with a Bolivarian ideal above all else. Bolívar is transversal in us.”

He reiterated that Venezuela is “a free people (and) the first power we have is our ethics, our spirituality, our history, our morals and that power is activated at a level that the empire can't even imagine, the spiritual power of this American temple of freedom that is Venezuela.”
