Head of State: Trinidad and Tobago will do badly for what it does against Caribbean Peace

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro in his program With Maduro+. Number 97 questioned how the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago is entangled in mortgaging her territory and waters to the United States to carry out military maneuvers in this area without measuring the danger posed to the sovereignty of these Peoples by an armed imperialist aggression.

“The Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, has mortgaged her territory to house a military force that is threatening Venezuela, I think the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago is going to do very badly because of those missteps she is taking to threaten Venezuela and against peace in the Caribbean and Latin America, despite the fact that the people of her country are totally against lending your territory to attack a sister people,” he said.

He acknowledged that he has read in the media in Trinidad and Tobago that the defense forces are uninformed about US military exercises in the Trinidadian nation.

He also instructed his diplomatic corps to travel to Jamaica in order to hold a meeting with several representatives of governments in the Caribbean area to offer humanitarian aid from Venezuela.

“We have been waiting for the results of the meetings of the CARICOM countries held in Jamaica chaired by the Prime Minister of Barbados, and I sent her to tell all the attendees that Venezuela is in order to support Jamaica with whatever it takes,” said the Head of State.
