Head of State urged the Congress of the New Era to discuss its Annual Message with the social bases

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, urged the members of the Congress of the New Era to start a great debate on the social bases in an inclusive, unitary and critical way of his Annual Message to the Nation 2024 in the National Assembly (AN).
“It's the first thing, so that we can go together, putting our brains into the Venezuela of the present and the challenges we have for the future. This is the first task,” he emphasized.
“The balance sheet and all the actions are very important to recover the economy, the real income of workers, and create a new generation of great missions that go to the development of specific sectors,” he said.
As an example, he mentioned the problems of women, youth, as well as “the problems of inequality, because large niches of inequality have been created, great social wounds of inequality as a result of the economic war and the blockade”.
The approach was made during the working day he led with the Congress of the New Epoch in the framework of the 7 T debate, where he stressed that “we cannot cover our eyes, no, we have to open them, wide open”.
“To see where the inequalities are, where the pain is, who is suffering, who needs and to give birth to solutions through the Great Mission Social Justice and Equality. Get your eye on a debate,” he said.
