The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, strongly expressed, as an oath to the Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, to break the curse of treason in the country.

“Here I swore before you with a sore heart, a wrinkled soul, but with the absolute decision that the oath that we Bolivarians take is fulfilled at the risk of our own lives,” emphasized the Head of State, referring to that December 10, 2012, when he delivered the first part of the Metrocable.

The president stressed that this Thursday, December 18, he attended the same place, as a fulfillment of his word, and to express to the people of Mariche, the following: “I came to swear and to tell Commander Chávez in a message, from the depth of the popular soul, Commander Chávez we will not fail you, in Venezuela we will break the curse of treason and we will be loyal to you here in this life and beyond in all the lives that touch us.”

“The People were not as empowered, as organized as they are today, because before they had a revolutionary conscience, but today, they have a higher conscience, which is a Homeland conscience that unites revolutionary knowledge with the awareness of the terroir,” he said.

More humane cities
