Head of State: We are making progress in our task of building a socialist homeland

This Friday, February 07, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, assured that today more than ever we are making progress in our task of building a socialist homeland.

This was stated during the activation day of the National Hall of the Popular Government System, when he added that “we are making progress in the construction of a free, sovereign and very democratic country.”

He recalled how “six February ago” the extremist opposition held a concert on the border with Colombia with the objective of conspiring and attacking the country. “I remember that date and now we can say that we are at peace and moving forward today more than ever.”
