Head of State: We must strengthen our plan and capacity for action

In the activation of the Communal Self-Government Room, at the headquarters of the Vice Presidency of the Republic, the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, assured that “we must strengthen our plan and capacity for action.”

“A lot of things are needed for a new society to emerge, a new modernity, powerful culture and education are needed, as well as high-level technology and norms of coexistence, and a powerful economy. A lot of things are needed to build the new society, but a fundamental element is to build a new State,” he said.
