The Heroines High Technology Center (CAT) of Mérida was the scene of an operational day that provided comprehensive care to 79 patients. During this activity, the technical staff carried out a total of 237 medical studies and specialized consultations that reinforced the health response in the Andean entity.

The institution carried out this deployment with the objective of ensuring the right to health and offering highly complex diagnoses to the population. The team effectively processed the cases that arrived from the 1×10 Good Governance platform and the requirements of citizens who attended the facilities on their own account.

This coordinated action included people referred from the Instituto Autonomo Hospital Universitario de Los Andes (IAHULA), Hospital Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz and Social Security Dr. Tulio Carnevali Salvatierra. The integration of these centers facilitated access to cutting-edge technology services for patients with various pathologies.

The balance of the day reaffirmed the strategic role of this center in the work of decongesting the main hospital network.
