HIDROCAPITAL will suspend water service in Caracas, Miranda and La Guaira this Tuesday 9th for 48 hours

The Hydrological Office of the Capital Region (HIDROCAPITAL), issued a statement, informing the population of Caracas and the states of Miranda and La Guaira, that a scheduled shutdown will take place in the Tuy III System, starting next Tuesday, April 9, for a period of 48 hours.

The announcement was made through his account on the social network X, in which he explained that the measure is part of the Comprehensive Plan for the Rehabilitation, Stabilization and Maintenance of the Water System.

He stressed that these works will be carried out “with the objective of optimizing the reliability of the system and ensuring the supply of drinking water in the city of Caracas and the states of Miranda and La Guaira. Every Drop Counts!”

In the statement, he expressed his apology and took the appropriate precautions to the users of the Libertador de Caracas municipalities ; Baruta, Tomás Lander, Cristóbal Rojas, Independencia and Paz Castillo in the Mirada state, as well as the Vargas municipality in the state of La Guaira .
