The Dr.
Manuel Núñez Tovar University Hospital (HUMazo News Team) in Maturín, received 50,000 units
of drugs to provide free and quality medical care to the population.
According to information published
on the web portal of the newspaper Última Noticias, Luis García Mata,
director of this hospital, a large batch of
medical-surgical material was received, including macro and microdroppers, syringes, gloves, diapers, endotracheal
tubes, patient gowns, surgical overalls, compresses, masks and specialized equipment such as pleurovacs and spinal needles.
It was also known that among the
medications received, propofol, ketamine, morphine, adrenaline,
cefazolin, esomeprazole, nitroglycerin, betamethasone, ampicillin and B complex, among others, stand out.
“In a strategic effort to
strengthen the public health system, Governor Ernesto Luna specified the
delivery of these drugs and materials that are of great importance to
us and that will be distributed to care for patients who need them,” said Mata.
