In four months! President Maduro set a goal of one million women enrolled in the Josefa Joaquina Sánchez Movement

This Saturday afternoon, March 08, the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, established a four-month period for an organized Women's Base Committee to be formed in each of the country's 5,338 Municipal Circuits and Communes.

“We have to complete the cycle. We have 750,000 women at the grassroots organizing women's committees and we fear 200,000 as leaders. It's a good starting point for territorializing the entire Josefa Joaquina Sánchez Movement from north to south and from east to west,” he said.

In this regard, he added that by July 8, “we must have the goal of one million women incorporated, registered, activated and mobilized in the Josefa Jaoquina Sánchez Movement. Four months to consolidate a real force.”
