In October! CANTV restored services to more than 20,000 subscribers in the Capital region

During the month of October, CANTV restored telecommunications services to more than 20,000 subscribers in the Capital region, after resolving faults in networks and transmission media due to deterioration, theft and vandalism, damage caused by third parties, weather conditions, and other factors.

According to a press release from the telephone company, the technical teams provided attention to the requirements made, through the VenApp of the 1x10 of Good Governance, by residential and commercial users in the Capital District, where more than 10,000 families were connected again.

In addition, in the 21 municipalities of the state of Miranda, the company managed to solve more than 9,000 breakdowns, thus allowing subscribers to enjoy fixed telephony and Internet.

Finally, the technicians carried out various deployments to guarantee services to more than 900 families living in the state of La Guaira.

The tasks carried out by the technical staff included: corrective and preventive maintenance of transmission networks and equipment, replacement of cables, strips, sleeves, connectors, reconstruction of splices and checking of telephone lines.
