In Portuguesa, 10,000 assemblies are held to form Bolivarian Committees of Integral Bases

More than 10,000 meetings are being held this Saturday in the 14 municipalities of the state of Portuguesa as part of the process of the Bolivarian Committees of Integral Bases.

From the Juan Pablo II community in Guanare, street spokespersons and community leaders participate in the first day of candidacies, following the guidelines of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) Jenny García, a street leader, reported that the committee will address issues related to food, the distribution of domestic gas, the delivery of the protein combo and the safeguarding of the territory. “We are organizing the 69 beneficiary families to actively integrate into this process,” he said.

Yarubí Rivas, community leader, explained that each structure will be documented and sent to the state's political leader, Julio León Heredia, for validation. “Each member will have specific functions. We work as a team to defend our homeland from the ground up,” he stressed.
