INAMEH announces arrival of dust from the Sahara starting this Tuesday

The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH) reported the entry of a new mass of Saharan dust into Venezuelan territory, which will continue to move over the country in mild to moderate concentrations between this Tuesday, July 28 and next Sunday, August 2.

According to a bulletin from the institution, the phenomenon will be more intensely perceived in the northern coastal strip, the eastern region and the central belt of the country.

The presence of these microparticles in the atmosphere will provide greater atmospheric stability, which translates into a partial inhibition of the formation of rain clouds (with a large vertical development) and a reduction in horizontal visibility.
