The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH) reported that this Sunday conditions of partial to cover cloud cover will predominate in the national territory.

During the morning hours, rain and showers accompanied by electric shocks are estimated, especially in the states of Bolivar, Amazonas, Apure, Delta Amacuro and Guayana Esequiba. In addition, lower intensity rainfall is expected in the regions of the Andes, the Northeast, the Western Plains and the North Central Coastal zone.

For the afternoon and evening, forecasts indicate a significant increase in cloud cover, which will generate rains of varying intensity and more frequent storm activity in the east and south of the country.

The Sucre and Monagas states, together with the regions of Guiana and the Amazon, are more likely to have intense events, while in Zulia, the Andes and central states such as Yaracuy, Carabobo and Aragua, moderate rains are expected as part of the day's atmospheric instability.

With regard to Greater Caracas, which includes the Capital District, Miranda and La Guaira, a sky with fragmented cloud cover and scattered drizzle during the morning, mainly in mountainous areas and the Mirandine coast.

However, cloud cover is projected to increase at noon and early in the afternoon, giving way to weak, short-term rains. The authorities recommend that citizens take the necessary precautions for the possible development of these climatic conditions.
