The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH) announces partly cloudy to clear skies for this Tuesday of Carnival in most of the country.

In their information channels, they stated that in the morning, partial to clear cloud cover will prevail in much of the country; however, in the morning hours, some rainfall is estimated east of Delta Amacuro, east of Sucre, south of Bolívar, east of Miranda, east of La Guaira, north of Carabobo, north of Yaracuy, east of Falcón, Apure, Andes and Zulia.

For the afternoon and night, cloud cover is expected to develop with some rainfall of varying intensity and occasional stormy activity north of Guayaba Esequiba, Delta Amacuro, Sucre, north of Monagas, north of Anzoátegui, Bolívar, Amazonas, Andes, North Central Coastal, Central West, Portuguesa, Apure and Zulia.

Greater Caracas will have partial cloud cover and clear areas for most of the day, without ruling out scattered rains to the east and mountainous areas of the state, especially in the late afternoon. It also points out that the maximum temperatures will be 27°C, while the minimum temperatures will be around 14°C.
