INCES awarded certificates to the first Cohort of Young Barbers and Stylists

The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) awarded certificates to the first cohort of Young Barbers and Stylists, an event led by the Deputy Minister for Productive Youth, César Tarazona, together with the president of this institute, Wuikelman Ángel Paredes, and the principal spokesperson and professor of barbering, Cristian Quiroz.

The day was held this Wednesday, August 12 at La Casona de Eleazar López Contreras, in La Quebradita 1, where attendees witnessed an exhibition of technical skills and formal accreditation in Barbershop, Hairdressing, Eyebrows and Eyelashes.

Tarazona thanked Inces for their constant support to Venezuelan youth and stressed that this delivery marks the beginning of multiple formations at the national level in coordination with the Ministry of Popular Power for Youth and the Entrepreneurship Together Movement.

During the event, the president of INCES, Wuikelman Ángel Paredes, highlighted that the certifications issued by the institution are internationally recognized.

He also emphasized the importance of the QR code incorporated in each certificate, a technological tool that allows us to immediately validate the authenticity of the training carried out by each participant.

Ángel added that most of the people who attend Inces to train are university students who seek to reinforce and complement their practical knowledge within the institution.

He also noted that the country's productive future is in the hands of youth and recalled that the founder of INCES, teacher Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa, conceived this institution precisely with the development of young people in mind.

He took the opportunity to specify an important conceptual change: currently in the institution there is no talk of “occupations” but of “occupations”, an approach that seeks to dignify and give equal value to any work and productive performance carried out by human beings.

For his part, the main spokesperson and teacher of the formation, Cristian Quiroz, thanked God for allowing this delivery of certificates to take place after more than 40 days of the earthquake recorded in Venezuela, an event in which many relatives and friends unfortunately lost their lives.

In memory of the victims of this tragedy, Quiroz requested a minute of silence from all those present before continuing to celebrate the graduates' achievement.

The day concluded with testimonies from the graduates, including Yeiderson Ruiz, a participant from the upper part of Mamera, who expressed his satisfaction at receiving the accreditation.

“I thought the training was excellent; I already had a little knowledge about barbering, but taking this course allowed me to learn more and reinforce my knowledge. I am deeply grateful to Professor Cristian for his dedication and to INCES for providing these opportunities to young people,” he said.
