The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education registered 152,108 registrations of workers in companies, out of a total of 845,289 people registered in 2026, with massive participation in 6,022 training spaces.

The president of Inces, Wuikelman Angel, explained that among the strategic plans for 2026, a direct approach to companies is prioritized. “We met electronically with the 24 regional offices of INCES, asking them to strengthen ties and to connect even more, mainly in the first phase with the industrial chambers and their associates. The idea is for Inces to approach all companies and return to them so that, in a harmonious and linked way, training can be given to all people, to all workers in the country,” he said.

The states with the highest number of registrants are Aragua (19,930), Trujillo (13,389), Miranda (12,571) and Bolivar (11,961). Workers have opted for the basic and specific components of the industrial environment, where each participant enrolls at least three training options to achieve the Occupational Productive Profile associated with their occupation.

INCES has already held meetings this month with Conindustria, Fedeindustria, the Chamber of Industrialists of Carabobo, the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia and other institutions to coordinate training with the productive sector.
