In the run-up to Holy Week 2026, the National Institute for Aquatic Spaces (INEA) maintains a rigorous deployment of surveillance and control along the Venezuelan coast. During this Good Friday, the agency provided more than 40 officials to carry out strategic maritime routes aimed at ensuring the protection of those who choose waterways as a recreational destination.

The operation was concentrated this Friday in Playa Camurichico, recognized as one of the favorite areas for Venezuelans to enjoy the season. The route has been extended along several maritime routes in order to verify that each vessel strictly complies with the safety measures established by law.

This technical and operational inspection is directly accompanied by the Captain of the Port of La Guaira, Gioyyanni Calderón, who leads the supervisory actions in the area.

The fundamental mission of this deployment is to ensure order and the healthy recreation of the seasonal workers.

Through these constant reviews, the Venezuelan State reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding the integrity of citizens who enjoy the benefits of the coast under a comprehensive security scheme.
