INTT demarcates school zone at kilometer 13 of El Junquito

As part of the National Demarcation Plan, workers from the National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) carried out horizontal signage work in the school area of the Juan Vicente Bolívar School, located at kilometer 13 of El Junquito.

The road intervention included the stretch from the El Castillo Shopping Center to 50 meters before the Agricultural Hardware Store, according to the INTT press.

Along this route, continuous and auxiliary lines, pedestrian crossings, speed bumps, legends and arrows were painted, with the purpose of ensuring the safety of students, teachers and administrative staff when entering and leaving the campus.

The demarcation was carried out in order to warn and inform drivers about the proximity of this educational center and thus protect the student population of this school area.

Over the next few days, INTT staff will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that all educational institutions in the capital city have adequate road demarcation.
