INTT refines road safety preparations for the Easter 2025 device

A meeting with various national security authorities was held this Tuesday, April 08, at the headquarters of the National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT), located in La California, with the purpose of coordinating the Safe Holy Week Device 2025.

In its account on the social network Telegram, the INTT points out that the activity was led by the Deputy Minister of Prevention, Public Safety and Peace Quadrants, Endes Palencia, who urged the entity's workers to maintain a deployment on the different road axes and places of religious and tourist interest, in order to expand road prevention and allow the reduction of the accident rate during this holiday.

The device seeks to guarantee a safe environment for citizens, to promote responsibility and care on the country's roads.

During the meeting, the importance of massing preventive campaigns and ensuring the active presence of security forces at strategic points was highlighted.

Within the plan, specific strategies were established to address areas of high mobility and affluence, where surveillance and immediate response operations are reinforced.

Emphasis was also placed on collaboration between the institutions involved to achieve effective execution of the device.
