Investors prepare multi-million dollar class action lawsuit against Milei in the US

The scandal generated by the cryptocurrency $LIBRA is expanding, a series of events have demonstrated the responsibility of the extreme right wing Javier Milei and his environment, more than 200 people affected from different countries have begun to join forces in a possible collective lawsuit, which could have far-reaching consequences for the Argentine president.

The law firm specializing in digital litigation is leading the legal action from New York, where it is preparing to sue those responsible for the alleged scam.

Investors from Argentina, the United States (USA), Europe, Asia and Africa are demanding the return of lost funds, which amount to about 4 million dollars.

According to the firm Burwick, the intention is to take the lawsuit to courts in several jurisdictions, which could include the United States, Europe and Latin America, depending on where those involved and the victims are located.

Milei's involvement in this case is increasingly complicated. Despite having promoted cryptocurrency, the Argentine president has tried to dissociate himself from his responsibility, assuring that he did not have full knowledge of the details of the project.
