Iran warns US military of possible Washington action

The president of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Parliament, Ebrahim Azizi, addressed a message to the American armed forces deployed in Western Asia, in response to possible armed operations by Washington against Tehran.

Azizi said on the social network X that “if the United States makes a mistake, its soldiers in the region will have said goodbye to their families.” He accompanied his publication with an image of the funerals of American personnel, with the coffins covered by his country's flag.

The statement coincided with the arrival in the Persian Gulf of the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln and its combat group, composed of destroyers, F-35 aircraft, other air units and electronic warfare equipment, RT reported.
