Israel attacked the place where one of its citizens was being held

This Thursday, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS), through a statement, reported that the army of the occupying regime bombed in Gaza the place where an Israeli citizen was deprived of liberty and should be released in the first phase of the exchange of prisoners.

“Any attack or bombing at this stage could turn the release of the prisoners into a tragedy,” reads the statement quoted by Hispantv.

Late on Wednesday, the approval of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and HAMAS was confirmed and is scheduled to begin next Sunday, January 19.

The agreement establishes the limited exchange of prisoners in the first phase that will begin one week after the ceasefire comes into effect.
