Israel continues military offensive against the West Bank

This Tuesday, it was reported that Israeli occupying troops intensified their attack on the West Bank city of Tulkarem and its settlement, which has persisted against the settlement of Nour Shams.

The correspondent of the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that the occupying troops sent military reinforcements with heavy equipment and excavators to the city and its settlements, starting to assault the streets and vandalize property.

In the eastern sector of Tulkarem, in particular from Muqata'a Street to the intersection of Abu Safiya and the municipal slaughterhouse, the occupying forces devastated the streets of these spaces and caused a large scale destruction of infrastructure, trees and vehicles, and blocked some entrances with lots of dirt.

The occupying forces intensified their surveillance in the eastern sector this Monday afternoon, forcing business owners to close their establishments, persecuting the population.

In the Tulkarem camp, the occupying forces continued to devastate streets and houses, causing considerable damage, in addition to setting fire to houses in the Al-Samran sector, including that of the martyr Wassim Anbar, while gunshots and explosions were heard.
