Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon leave 100 people dead

The Emergency Center of the Ministry of Health of Lebanon reported that 100 people have died and another 400 injured by air strikes by Israel in the south of this country.

Through a communication, the health authorities specified that the majority of victims are women and children.

On September 17 and 18, an Israeli attack using an electronic device left more than 30 people dead and almost 3,000 injured.

Another attack took place on the 20th of this month in the south of the Lebanese capital, in which 15 Hezbollah militants died.

Tensions between Lebanon and Israel intensified after the Israeli Army attacked a residential house in the Haret Hreik neighborhood of Beirut on July 30, according to a note from the Sputnik agency.
