IVSS extends deadline for doctors to apply for scholarships in various areas

Until October 11 of this year, the selection and enrollment process will be open for health professionals to choose to enter the scholarship system of the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security (IVSS).
The purpose of this IVSS initiative is to facilitate access to training programs in various medical areas, and thus provide Venezuelan doctors with the opportunity to continue their academic and practical development.
As reported by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), the new program includes a wide variety of training opportunities, including a rotating postgraduate internship with a rural internship.
César Ramos , deputy medical director of the Elias Toro Children's Hospital, invited all medical staff to participate in the clinical and surgical postgraduate programs offered by the IVSS.
