Jorge Arreaza: Maestro Hugo de los Reyes Chávez was a noble man dedicated to the social cause

The Secretary General of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA-TCP), Jorge Arreaza, regretted the physical departure of Maestro Hugo de los Reyes Chávez.

“Maestro Hugo de los Reyes Chávez physically left us. He worked for the Town of Barinas until the last minute. Humble and generous like no other,” Arreaza said in a message posted to his account on the social network X.

Arreaza described Hugo de los Reyes Chávez as a noble man dedicated entirely to the social cause. “Worthy Father of our Eternal Commander.”

He also sent words of condolence to the whole family, family and loved ones, “our embrace from the soul. Thank you for your consecration, Master! We will win!”.
