Jorge Rodríguez: We continue to update laws to guarantee fairer justice for Venezuelans

The president of the National Assembly (AN), Deputy Jorge Rodríguez, highlighted the unanimous approval of the Law on the Partial Reform of the Organic Law of the Supreme Court of Justice.

On his account on the social network Telegram, Rodríguez stated that “with the unanimity of the National Parliament, we sanctioned the Law of Partial Reform of the Organic Law of the Supreme Court of Justice.”

“We continue to update our laws to ensure a fairer justice system for every Venezuelan,” he emphasized.

Rodríguez attached a video, in which it can be seen that after submitting the law to a vote, he instructed the Secretariat of the Legislative Branch to contact the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, to deliver the reform for the authority to consider the enactment of the law.

He also instructed the deputy Giuseppe Alessandrello, who is the president-coordinator of the Special Commission that works on the subject of the selection of new magistrates, to incorporate into the discussion the new composition that the Supreme Court has by law.
