Jorge Rodríguez: With Donald Donaire, the time has come for a governor who governs for the people

The president of the National Assembly (AN) and head of the Ven25+ Campaign Command, Deputy Jorge Rodríguez, highlighted the moral strength, conviction and vocation to work together with the People held by the new governor of the state of Guárico, Donald Donaire.

“The time has come for a governor who governs for the people and not for the landowners, who governs for the majority and not for the rich who have economic power, the time has come for Governor Donald Donaire, our Donald who came from the catacombs of this heroic Guárico people,” Rodríguez said during his speech at the swearing in of the new ruler of the state of Guárico.

The head of the national parliament pointed out that the election of Donaire in the Guariqueña entity “is the starting point for building the new form of government based on obedience, of a government that came to listen to the people.”

“In Guárico and throughout the country, progress is being made towards the construction of the new democracy, in which we must govern from the territory, listening to the people and meeting their needs,” he said.
