JPSUV and United Russian Youth Guard sign educational agreement

The Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV) and the Youth Guard of the United Russia Party signed an agreement to strengthen political and educational rapprochement and exchange between young people from both countries.

The agreement contemplates the promotion of direct contact between higher and secondary education institutions, youth and student movements, in addition to encouraging the study of both languages, consulting and exchanging delegations periodically.

It also seeks to contribute to the consolidation of youth movements for the freedom of nations and the Anti-Fascist International.

The signing took place during the second meeting of the Standing Committee of the Movement “For the Freedom of Nations!” Sochi 2025.

Representing the political organizations, the following signed the document: the international secretary of the JPSUV, Yosneisy Paredes, and Antón Demidov, head of the Youth Guard of United Russia.

Both young people emphasized the importance of building a multipolar world based on mutual respect and without space for imperial domination.

The signing ceremony was attended by José Gregorio Vielma Mora, member of the National Political Council of the PSUV; Jesús Rafael Salazar, Venezuelan ambassador to Russia and Tamara Díaz, vice-rector for International Affairs of the International University of Communications (LAUICOM).

This agreement not only symbolizes the solid friendship between Venezuela and Russia, but it is also a mutual gesture that underpins the joint effort in the harmonious and supportive development of future generations.

It is a model of cooperation that inspires other countries to unite in the search for a just and secure order for all humanity.
