On the afternoon of this Tuesday, May 5, a multidisciplinary team from the government of Aragua presented the plan for the rehabilitation and updating of the El Playón dome in the Ocumare municipality of the Gold Coast, the gateway to the coastal towns of that entity.
Hand in hand with staff from the Autonomous Institute for Coastal Development of Aragua (COSTARAGUA) and its president Lucellys Hidalgo, Mayor Wilmer Leal took a tour of the area, accompanied by the firm's general director Ana Iriarte, directors of the different areas, heads of UBCH and the People's Power.
“The idea is to hold meetings to learn about the people's proposals and to act on that basis. Every day, we want to provide a better side of Ocumare de la Costa for locals and tourists. This dome guides us to El Playón, the La Boca sector, Cata Bay, El Mirador and from there to other paradisiacal destinations in our state of Aragua. We are working every day,” Leal explained.
