Marisel Velásquez presented as the Bolivarian Revolution's candidate for the Governorate of Nueva Esparta

The revolutionary forces presented this Saturday the candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB) for the Governor of the state of Nueva Esparta, Marisel Velásquez, for the regional and legislative elections on May 25.
From Margarita, during a massive mobilization, Velásquez assumed the candidacy “with a lot of responsibility, humility, absolute loyalty, discipline and national commitment (...) in a state that has been a warrior for many years and that we carry in our blood that of heroine women that Nueva Esparta had, like Luisa Cáceres”.
Accompanied by the Vice President of Communication and Electoral Affairs of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Jorge Rodríguez, the island's candidate highlighted the unity of the revolutionary militancy to guarantee victory.
“I am the size of the commitment presented to me, but I'm not going to do it alone, I'm going to do it with the army of men and women who have come before the statue of the Liberator (...) starting tomorrow I'm going to the catacombs,” emphasized the aspiring governor.
