Márquez: Popular Consultations Are Ending Bureaucratism

‎El Sectorial Vice President of Public Works and Services, General . Jorge Elieser Márquez, highlighted the participation of the people in the popular assemblies, on the way to the fourth national consultation.


‎En In this regard, he stressed that these consultations represent a “successful formula to continue moving forward and to continue realizing all those projects and all those needs that our people have”.

‎Señaló that more than two and a half thousand meetings were held in the national territory, and he said that this option “ends bureaucratism, because this speeds up the execution of projects from the territory, with the participation of communities, from that perspective”.
