Master Billo Frómeta is accredited as an asset bearer of Venezuela (+Villegas)

Through the social network Instagram, the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, reported this Friday that he signed the “certificate that accredits teacher Luis María Billo Frómeta as the patrimonial bearer of the Venezuelan nation”.
He also indicated that he also signed the certificate to recognize as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Venezuela the orchestra Billo's Caracas Boys, today conducted by the daughter of the teacher Frómeta.
He stressed that in Venezuela there is no one who has not enjoyed a song performed by Billo's. In addition, he highlighted that Frómeta is one of the many artists who fell in love with Caracas, despite not being born in this country.
“It gives me great pleasure to sign these documents issued by the Venezuelan Cultural Heritage Institute of Venezuela and which are full of music,” he said.
