Mayor Carmen Meléndez delivered toys to the Estrella del Sur commune

This December 24, the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, led the delivery of toys to the children of the Estrella del Sur Commune, located in the parish of Santa Rosalía.

The activity was carried out in a community around the corner of the sector of the General Cemetery of the South, which four years ago began a process of transformation with the Plan Caracas Patriota, Bella y Segura, and which completed its most important works in 2025.

The day was marked by the joy of the little ones, who welcomed the Child Jesus with enthusiasm and hope this Christmas.

The mayor congratulated the organized People's Power of the commune, which she defined as hardworking and loyal, highlighting its role in consolidating community projects.

Finally, Carmen Meléndez expressed her wishes for unity and prosperity: “May we all have a very Merry Christmas”.
