The mayor of the Tucupita municipality, Delta Amacuro state, Asnardo Rodríguez, said that in every commune, in every indigenous town, lives the heart of my commander Hugo Chávez, who always fought to vindicate us.
“There is a lot of participation in this popular election of indigenous peoples, where they are electing each of their councilors and councilors,” said Delta Amacuro.
In that regard, it recognized the participation of indigenous peoples within the Bolivarian Revolution.
“I am an elected community and indigenous mayor, our original peoples are wise and we continue to walk with them, side by side, inch by inch, in search of solutions,” he said.
