Meléndez: We are on the street in support of our Venezuelan migrants

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, said that Venezuela has always reached out to migrants, practicing solidarity with other peoples.



“The people of Venezuela are supportive and that is why we are on the street supporting all Venezuelan families who have relatives outside suffering the violation of their human rights,” he said during the collection of signatures in support of Venezuelan migrants kidnapped in El Salvador.


In this regard, Meléndez reaffirmed his commitment to promote the values of solidarity and humanity and extended the call to all sectors of the to unite in the defense of the rights of Venezuelans, inside and outside the country.
