Menéndez valued the development of the Congress of the Historical Bloc in the framework of political transformations

This Sunday, Ricardo Menéndez, general coordinator of the Congress of the Historical Bloc of Venezuela in the 21st century, said that three lines of debates spoke of political transformations.

After 1052 interventions in Congress, Menéndez stressed that in the face of every aggression, President Nicolás Maduro has called for respect for the Constitution.

“In response to the call of President Nicolás Maduro, the Plan of the Seven Great Transformations is being carried out before the start of the next presidential term, a plan of action for ordinary people organized through conscience”, the Minister of Planning, is also being carried out.

He also added that the people, through the territorial system in Congress, “full of slogans, seeks to be inserted into the system of Popular Government, the method in an integrated system of the Constitutional Law of the Fatherland”.

“Popular Power is the reason for being the profound wisdom of direct democracy of the constitutional thread in Venezuela with participatory and leading democracy,” said the general coordinator of the Congress.
