Men's national rugby team wins silver in Santo Domingo

This Monday, the Venezuelan men's rugby team secured the silver medal for the country at the Santo Domingo 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games.

The information was provided through the Popular Power for Sports on their Instagram account from which it was detailed that the national team described the participation of the Venezuelan men's team in the final against Colombia as a great performance, obtaining a score of 26 - 0 in favor of the Colombian team.

The Central American and Caribbean Games have been held in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic since July 24 and will run until next Saturday, August 8.
