MINAGUAS completed rehabilitation work on a 60,000 liter storage tank in Amazonas

The national Government, in conjunction with the Peasant Action Organization, continues to implement plans to strengthen public services; this time, the rehabilitation of a 60,000 liter storage tank in Amazonas was successfully completed.

The technical work also included the adaptation of the pumping equipment to the shed, lifting and protecting the electrical and mechanical components to prevent operational damage during the rainy and flood seasons in the Malavé Pocket sector, directly serving 320 inhabitants of the area.

In this regard, the spokesperson for the sector, Pedro Blanca, expressed his gratitude for the work done: “We deeply thank all the institutions and the work team for this valuable achievement that directly serves our families and improves our quality of life.”

During the ceremony of formal delivery to the community, she was accompanied by the mayor of the Atures municipality, together with representatives of the organized Popular Power and the Multidisciplinary Water Team, consolidating the delivery of a fully operational work that will strengthen the New Amazon Development Plan.
