The Ministry of Popular Power for Culture
(MINCULTURA) together with the National Library will reinaugurate the Mamá Rosa Library in the Altagracia
parish of Caracas next Wednesday, April
23.
Through the Telegram channel of the MINCULTURA Agenda,
the culture portfolio extended the invitation to accompany them in the
reopening of this space dedicated to reading for children and adults.
“The National Library and the Ministry of
Culture celebrate the reopening of this important space dedicated to children and youth.
Come and join us at this event,” he wrote on the aforementioned platform, where he noted that the event will start
at 10:00am.
