MINCYT and José Gregorio Hernández University promote science in Zulia

Representatives of the entities attached to the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT) met with representatives of the José Gregorio Hernández University (UJGH) in the state of Zulia, with the objective of unifying efforts in the scientific and technological fields.


This meeting seeks to establish an alliance that promotes research, innovation and the training of human talent in the region.


The future collaboration with the university will focus on the development of research projects that address relevant national problems and generate innovative solutions that have a positive impact on various economic sectors of the country.


In addition, an exchange of knowledge will be promoted between MINCYT and the university, allowing for the sharing of experiences that strengthen the Venezuelan scientific community.


This synergy is fundamental to the technological development of the nation and is intended to promote the creation of new technologies and innovative solutions.


In this way, the MINCYT reaffirms its commitment to strengthening research and training capacities in collaboration with academic institutions that allow a significant step to continue promoting the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation.
