Minister Cabello at the III Eastern Paranational Games 2024: You will be the face of Venezuela today!

After extolling the pride that the more than 1,800 parathletes participating in the III Eastern 2024 Paranational Games represent for all Venezuelans, the Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, did not hesitate to point out that all the participants in this Creole sporting event represent the spirit of the entire country.
“Today you will be the face of Venezuela, you will be seen by the whole of Venezuela and the world, the world that is seeing this extraordinary place that has been given the name of Yulimar Rojas, the greatest female athlete in the entire world and is from Venezuela, from here to this land,” she said.
The Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also recalled that 25 years ago in Venezuela, treatment for people with some type of disability was discriminatory and it was not until the arrival of Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez that this changed.
“When Commander Chávez arrived, he began to speak to us and to apply our Father Bolivar's concept of established and practiced equality,” he said.
