Minister Cabello: Civic-military-police merger includes firefighters, civil protection and volunteers

This Tuesday, during the celebration of the 23rd anniversary of the creation of Civil Protection (PC), the Vice President of Politics, Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the importance of building the civic-military police fusion to guarantee the peace and security of the nation, as instructed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

After highlighting the work of each of the members of PC in the various tasks he has carried out, the Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, specified that in this merger when it comes to the police, this includes Firefighters, Civil Protection and volunteers.

“In the popular military police fusion and when we talk about police officers, we talk about our civil protection firefighters and volunteers,” he said, while indicating that the adaptation process is currently being carried out for the adaptation of plans and deployment to the new territorialization based on communal circuits.

“Now we are going to adapt to communal circuits for this new territorialization of obligations and work and that has to do with everyone, but above all it has to do with our people,” he said.
