Minister Cabello on a tour of Santa Lucía del Tuy: Four and a half months without a single murder!

The Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, took a night surveillance tour of the security devices implemented in Santa Lucía del Tuy in the state of Miranda, where he highlighted the drop in crime rates in this area of the country, where in the past it was a territory marked by a high crime rate.

“More than four months without a homicide in the Valles del Tuy axis, it's like Petare, who after installing the Peace Quadrants, there have been only 2 homicides since February,” he stressed and noted that the numbers in this Mirandino axis will continue to rise as the Peace Quadrants are installed, which are estimated to rise from 89 to 131 in this Miranda area.

The Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace spoke with officials who were carrying out their patrolling tasks of both the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) and the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).

“When they work together, it's a sure win,” he emphasized.
